Refund Policy

At Parco, our customers are family.

While we hope it's not needed, we are happy to refund or replace your product within 30 days. To begin a return, simply contact us, and we will send you a shipping label to return the product. Once received, we will immediately issue a refund via credit card or check, or we will offer a replacement product.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We strive to make the refund/return process as easy as possible.

Note: Refunds for manufacturing defects include shipping costs; however, for returns related to other reasons, a refund will be issued less return shipping.

Note regarding liquidation sale: All sales are final if purchased during the liquidation sale (50% discount) beginning May 20, 2022.
