At Parco, our customers are family.
While we hope it's not needed, we are happy to refund or replace your product within 30 days. To begin a return, simply contact us, and we will send you a shipping label to return the product. Once received, we will immediately issue a refund via credit card or check, or we will offer a replacement product.

Note: Refunds for manufacturing defects include shipping costs; however, for returns related to other reasons, a refund will be issued less return shipping.
